Her strong operational background and client-focused approach help ensure every case is handled with integrity, discretion, and care.

John

John is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience spanning project management, human resources, policing, private and public-sector security, investigations, and professional training. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, and mentorship across a wide range of industries and organizations.
As a Certified Professional Investigator (CPI), John brings extensive expertise in investigative practices, risk assessment, conflict resolution, and security operations. His diverse background allows him to provide practical insight, professionalism, and trusted guidance in both corporate and community-focused environments.

Jill

Jill is our Director of Operations and brings 40 years of experience in education, legal services, and business administration. She works closely with organizations to understand their needs and connect them with practical, effective solutions that support long-term success.
